Melissa's Bernedoodles respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to write in your message. If you order a puppy, we also keep the details needed for the agreement and for your puppy’s records.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and talk to you about a puppy.
- To arrange your order, collection or travel.
- To keep in touch about your dog, if you want us to.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations as a breeder.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within two years. Records relating to a puppy we have placed are kept for the life of the dog, so we can help if you ever need us.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except where it is needed to do the thing you asked for — our vet, or a pet courier you have agreed to. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to marketing companies.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies WordPress itself needs to work. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jerriegannaway@gmail.com and we will deal with it within one month.
Photographs
We love sharing updates of puppies in their new homes, but only ever with permission. If you would rather your photos were not posted, tell us and that is the end of it. If a photo of your dog is already up and you want it taken down, ask and it will be removed.
