From first message to going home
Ordering a puppy from us is deliberately unhurried. Here is exactly what happens, with no surprises.
1. Get in touch
Send us a message through the contact form, or email jerriegannaway@gmail.com. Tell us a little about your household — who is at home, whether there are children or other pets, and whether you are after a mini, medium or standard.
2. A proper conversation
We will call you back or reply with photos, answer anything you want to ask, and talk honestly about which puppy suits you. If you can visit, you are very welcome to.
3. Place your order
When you are happy, order your puppy from their page. It takes a minute: your details, how you would like to pay, and that is it. Your puppy comes off the available list the moment the order goes in, and you get written confirmation with the puppy, the price of $500 and the go-home date all set out.
You choose how to pay at the checkout — bank transfer, PayPal, one of the payment apps, or in person when you collect. Nothing is taken automatically; we send you the details and you pay when you are ready.
4. Updates while you wait
You will get photos and short updates as your puppy grows, so the first time you meet properly it already feels familiar.
5. Going home
On the day, we go through feeding, routine, crate training and the first vet visit. Your puppy leaves with its paperwork, a few days of the food it is used to, and a blanket that smells of its litter.
6. We stay available
Questions do not stop at the front door. Message us at eight weeks or eight years — we would always rather hear from you.
